Especially our special portable MDI/TDI heat exchanger is superior in the industry. If you operate a vessel with steam or hot water tank heating system, you want to prevent any contamination of TDI/MDI by water particles. LTT offers you an extremely compact portable heat exchanger. Its hydraulic driven pumps are designed to run on any hydraulic system on board or on an independent diesel driven hydraulic power-unit and are delivered including flow control valves.
Our heat exchanger consists of:
– Expansion tank
– 2 circulation pumps
– Heat exchanger
– Temperature control valve
With a total of 75M3/hour and a heating capacity of 320 or 1250 KW (or different heating capacities on demand), this portable heater is ample to meet the current requirements on board of vessels carrying TDI/MDI.
Our heat exchanger comes complete with:
– all necessary cargo and steam/condensate hoses;
– all necessary couplings, adapters, reducers, valves, Y-pieces;
– and Thermal oil.
